Since 2016, Jake manages over 400 properties at a market valuation over $97 million. As the President of Melrose Realty, he informs clients about various issues which may affect their real estate investments. He prides himself on syndicating deals, seamless transactions, adding to his investors wealth, and running a high-quality brokerage-management firm. He provides oversight on his construction company, termite company and roofing as being involved in all facets derives the best product for his clients.
As a Project Manager at Melrose Realty, Richard oversees and monitors construction projects and ensures timely, cost effective, and successful completion.
Vanessa prides herself providing clients with accurate and timely information to make critical decisions. Vanessa has been working for Melrose since its inception. She grew up and graduated high school in Fredericksburg, TX, spending her days at the lake and participating in any running event she could find.
Her favorite part of the job, digging into reconciliations, solving problems, and working with the tenants and owners. Working at Melrose is like being part of a little family that takes care of each other.
Shilo is the newest leasing coordinator for Melrose Realty! Her specialties include content strategy, leasing, and most importantly – matching prospects to the perfect home for their needs. Prior to joining Melrose, Shilo developed her skills as a full time college student, where she fine tuned her skills in communication! When she’s not hard at work, she can be found taking photos for her photography business.
